How to book

How to prepare your cure?

To reserve and to prepare your cure is very simple. It is enough to follow some following stages. If however you need help, do not hesitate to call us to 0811 90 22 33 *, we shall answer any question. (*prix of a local call)

1 – I make an appointment to see my family doctor or my specialist

They are the only people who can fill in my form « cure thermale - questionnaire de prise en charge (thermal treatment programme – medical expenses questionnaire) » indicating:

  • Either a single course of treatment: Rheumatology [RH], phlebology (vein treatment) [PHL] or gynaecology [GYN] with 4 daily treatments,
  • Or a combined course of treatment (for example PHL/RH or RH/PHL or PHL/GYN), with 6 daily treatments if your state of health requires.

2 - I send my form "thermal treatment programme – medical expenses questionnaire" to my health insurance provider along with my declaration of income

My provider will send back a "Prise en charge administrative de cure thermale et facturation" (agreement to cover costs of the thermal treatment programme) comprising 2 or 3 parts:

  • the 1st part for the spa doctor
  • the 2nd part for the spa centre
  • the 3rd part for travel and accommodation expenses (depending on eligibility)

3 - I book my accommodation & my treatment programme without waiting for my agreement to cover costs

I complete the booking form for my treatment programme & my accommodation in B'O Résidence des Thermes located opposite my treatment centre or in the B'O Cottage residence with its leisure pool. I enclose the security deposit of €55* to ensure my treatment schedule is drawn up as quickly as possible. I can also contact the Bagnoles de l'Orne Tourist Office for other accommodation options (+33 (0)2 33 37 85 66).

  • On the website: Complete the online booking form (coming soon) and pay the deposit* of €55 per person by secure payment with your credit/debit card.
  • By telephone: Would you like to receive a callback with information, or to book your treatment programme by telephone? Simply complete the contact details form.

* The deposit can be deducted in full from the cost of your treatment or reimbursed in full if you are unable to complete your treatment programme. If 100 % of your costs are covered, you do not have to pay the security deposit, as long as you attach a photocopy of the cover agreement to your treatment programme booking form and send it to us by post.

4- I book my transport

By completing the transport section of the attached booking form.

Come by coach direct from Paris city centre: One Sunday for each of the main treatment programmes, a luxury coach (with toilets) runs the Paris – Bagnoles de l'Orne route and drops you off in front of the Tourist Office or the B'O Résidence des Thermes.

  • Book your place on the coach when you book your treatment programme (see booking form).
  • Meet Sunday afternoon at 1.45 pm for a departure at 2 pm sharp, in front of the Palais des Congrès, Place de la Porte Maillot, main entrance, metro line 1: Porte Maillot.
  • For the return journey, departure is at 9.30 am on Sunday from the B'O Résidence des Thermes and the Tourist Office for Paris.
  • Limited places, consider booking when you book your treatment programme.

5- I make an appointment with one of the Bagnoles de l'Orne spa doctors

They will draw up my personalised programme of treatments depending on my needs, and will track the progress of my thermal treatment programme. They will review my progress at the end of the programme.

6- I check in at the entrance to my Treatment Area

From the 1st day of treatment at the reception of B'O Thermes or B'O Thermal Spa with my booking confirmation for the treatment programme, my swimming costume*, my non-slip sandals** and my shower cap (provided free of charge at B'O Thermal Spa).

*Only swimming briefs may be worn

**Must be worn in the treatment centre for health and safety reasons.

7- I take note of the time of my appointment with Customer Services.

Indicated in my provisional schedule, received on my first day of treatments, to finalise my file and pay for my treatment programme. I arrive with part 2 of the agreement to cover costs, the spa prescription and a means of payment.

8- I check my luggage

Don't forget the essential items:

  • Your medical file containing: Cart Vitale (French medical insurance card), agreement to cover costs from your health insurance provider and related documents
